Horses are particularly responsive to healing. As anyone who has ever ridden or owned a horse will know, they are intensely sensitive to touch. Trevor has been able to develop a profound rapport with many animals, enabling him to treat swellings, strains, and other conditions which may have seemed long-term, and in numerous cases he has been able to effect a radical reduction in the symptoms in a matter of hours. In this way horses can be got back to fitness more quickly, and problems nipped in the bud.
In cases where the horse has been affected by a more complex or intractable condition, Trevor’s ability to link with the animal and experience the pain or discomfort in his own body, means he is able to describe what and where it is. He frequently works in tandem with the animal's veterinary surgeon to locate the exact root of the condition or injury that the dog or horse may have sustained. This means that owners save considerable time and costs which can accrue during diagnosis.
Trevor is subsequently helpful in following up the progress of veterinary treatment, and confirming that the horse or dog is healing effectively as anticipated.
